Target group:
- Secondary-school graduates interested in university studies in Slovakia (Bachelor or Master degree)
- University graduates holding Bachelor degree, wishing to continue in Master study and reach Master degree
Goal of the Programme:
Receiving a Slovak language proficiency to communicate in the Slovak surroundings; acquiring Slovak terminology, possibly completing specialized knowledge in the range of subjects, which will be the focus of his/her further university studies.

Tuition Fee: 3 750 EUR
Registration Fee: 50 EUR (non-refundable)

Study Programme
Study groups are formed according to the following fields of study:

Programme starts with 6-week intensive Slovak language course (30 lessons / per 45 min / week).

After the language course the Programme contains 20 lessons per week and a student can create the proportion of Slovak language lessons and other subjects within this amount. There is a possibility of free consultations or a student can pay for extra individual lessons in required subjects.

Study groups are formed upon the students´ field of study - average number of students in a group: 8 – 12 students.

Study is organised in two terms – in the period from September to January and from February to June daily from Monday to Friday in the morning. Examinations are scheduled at the end of each term in written and/or oral forms.

After completing the Programme successfully, the student is awarded a Certificate on passing language and academic preparation. This Certificate does not guarantee admission to the university, it increases the chances of passing entrance examinations successfully as well as further successful studies at the university. Decision upon student´s admission for studies at the university is made by the Dean of the Faculty.

- a photocopy of identification page of the passport
- a photocopy of final secondary-school leaving certificate
